Choose this company do replace a roof base on a friends recommendationHad three quotes from different contractors and Thrush was the highest but went with them anywayThey did a good job on the roofBut when bringing shingle bundles on roof they were tossing them down on the peak of the roof over a cathedral ceilingThis cause can lights to drop out of the ceiling in the house, one light does not work anymore (not the bulb), and they caused a crack in the drywall along the roof line along the peak inside the house When trying to resolve with them the person who gave me the quote accused me of not wanting to pay them and was raising his voicehad to hang up on himAll he cared about was the moneyI called my friend who gave me the reference to Thrush also to let him know not to refer them in the future I just turned over to my insurance company to resolve with them since they get so arrogant over any issue you haveAlso they are not quite prepared to work Guys doing the roof were sitting in my driveway waiting to hours on a compressor to even put on the new shinglesAnd one of them decided to pull his pickup truck in my driveway and it had a flat tireIt stayed there for hours and I finally had to tell them to get it moved or I would call a tow truck
I think the job they did on the roof was fine But if you have any problems they just want their money and are accusing you of not wanting to pay or partial pay because you brought a problem to their attention They market Revdex.com heavily and they multi generation family business which is ok but they were the highest cost of three bids and treat you well until you start asking questions and raising any issues I made the decision to use them but so my fault
