The room smelt soo bad, we went and boughtA fan & air freshener just to hide the smells.They had the A/C on when we first got to the room .Most Hotels do this for the comfort of the guests .How ever is was so damp & moldy we had to purchaseA large container of drying agent .Dear *** I don't care if these are foreigners and peopleCall them dirty, but this is no way to run a business in our country.It was obvious by the condition of the entire hotel that these peopleHad no interest but bleed money out of the place & the people whoHad the misfortune to stay there And I hope you can see that now we have established the owners and staff to be bold faced liars .Thank you for your time :: Mr*** ***

Revdex.com Complaint ID: ***Dear Revdex.com Representative,I am writing in regards to the above Complaint ID number. We can verify the guest who lodged this complaint did stay with us at our lodging facility, and did stay in the room described, for the period of one week. I have
taken accounts from the staff at our motel; and there are no records of this guest stating any concerns about their room during their stayUnder circumstances, it would be prudent for a guest to let a member of staff know about the issues they have in the guest room, or the hotel in general, during their stay. I can admit; not everything is going to be perfect, every timeHowever, if we do not know there is a problem with comfort or cleanliness in the hotel, we can only assume the room is in satisfactory condition; as we diligentlyclean and maintain them prior to renting them to our guests. As the guest has stated in the complaint; they were here for a week and did not request daily maid serviceWhen our cleaning staff enters a guest room that has requested service, they are only allowed to clean around personal itemsIf there are items that prohibit the maid staff from cleaning the entirety of the guest room, we apologizeWe do try our best to make sure the guest room is as clean as possible when we do service the room. Upon hearing of this complaint, we did a thorough inspection of the guest room and did not find these issues to be present. We found no evidence of mold, mildew, frost buiin the fridge, major carpet staining, etc. We do want to apologize for any issues, concerns, or problems this guest had while staying with us; and we do appreciate the businessHowever, if a guest is staying at our motel (or any lodging establishment for that matter), it is up to them to report any problems, as soon as they occurThis gives the opportunity to our staff to remedy them, before they become complaints. Our staff is fully trained to handle any guest complaints when they ariseWe would have, and could have easily moved them to a different room, addressed the maid service issues, or contacted the party with which they booked, to allow them a no-penalty early check-out if it was deemed necessary. At this time, we will not be issuing a refund for this guest's stayWe appreciate them bringing these issues to our attention, and will use this information to further improve our product for future guests.
