THS Company

Review: THS is a third party hotel reservation company that obtains contracts from hotels for sporting events. These contracts are designed to "reduce" the cost of rooms for the athletes and their families. Their claim to fame is getting large space blocks at hotels in order to secure a certain amount of free/comp rooms to be used at the tournaments disposal. They are usually used to house the refs for free. My issue is this: We made a reservation using this mandatory service for the [redacted]t. My daughter suffered a severe ankle sprain and will not be able to play in this event. I called THS and cancelled my reservation only to find out they will be charging me in full for all nights. Here is the email they send to my wife when we registered. Your hotel's address is: [redacted] DENVER, CO 80202If you should need to make any changes or cancellations to this reservation, please refer to confirmation number [redacted] when speaking to a THS Representative.If you need to contact The THS Company for any reason, please contact our reservation center at (toll free) [redacted]), (phone) ###-###-####, (fax) ###-###-#### or visit us online at [redacted].In this email, there is nothing about a cancellation policy, or nothing saying I would not be able to cancel the room.Desired Settlement: Full refund to my credit card for this cancelled reservation.
