I experienced a potentially catastrophic failure of my Thule kayak roof rack on an interstate highway. Fortunately, no one was killed or injured. My local dealer examined the defective part and promised to contact Thule about how to resolve the problem. For two frustrating months they were unable to get a response from Thule. Finally, they informed me that Thule would contact me directly. That was a month ago. How can Thule brag about its excellent customer service when it responds to neither its customer or its dealer?
Thule has agreed to pay for customers return shipping charge This has been communicated to the customer Thule would now consider this case resolved

Thule will contact customer and work it it out, we will replace the product in question to settle dispute
