RECEIVED COMPLAINT, 12/04/VIA EMAILLAST LISTED CORRESPONDENCE WITH CUSTOMER WAS DECEMBER 17, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CURRENT DOCUMENTS ON THIS CUSTOMERIN ADDITION, I WENT THRU NOVEMBER THRU NOEVEMBER 30-SCHEDULE, AND DID NOT FIND HER NAME ON THE SCHEDULE NOR DID I FIND ANY OUTSTANDING SERVICE ORDERS SINCE NOVEMBER 2013.IN RESPONSE TO WEEK WAIT TIMEEVERY YEAR SINCE WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FROM SEPTEMBER TO EARLY MARCH WE ARE EXTRMEMELY BUSY AS ARE THE OTHER HEARTH RELATED BUSINESSES IN THIS AREAWE DO TRY TO EDUCATE CUSTOMERS ON THIS SITUATIONTRADITIONALLY, HOMEOWNERS ONLY CALL WHEN THE FIRST SIGNS OF A SEASON CHANGE IS COMING AND THEY CALL ALL AT ONCE AND EXPECT IMMEDIATE SERVICEIT WOULD BE IN HOMEOWNERS INTEREST TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER SEASONS AS WE AND OTHER PROVIDERS ARE NOT AS BUSYFINALY, WE WILL CONTACT JOANN SNOWBERGER DIRECTLY TO ADDRESS ANY UNSOLVED ISSUES Tell us why here

Thumb Butte Fireplace called me shortly after complaint filed, and promised to refund $95, therefore, my understanding was the issue was resolved. However, I have not received his check.I provided a copy of his original invoice #[redacted] before his phone call. Now he claims this invoice does not exist in his files, in spite of the fact, they mailed it to me with their stamp as paid.According to my bank, [redacted] check #[redacted] was deposited in his bank of [redacted] Bank for $95. marked for deposit only. Obviously they deposited my check. Copy of check enclosed, with their stamp.Therefore, seems to me, if they wish to keep the reputation of their business positive, they would want to keep their promise of refund.I am a disabled senior, and am not satisfied with their business actions.
