Hi, We have provided the warranty information to the customer in email exchanges, on the Revdex.com platform, on two different social media platforms and she will not stop harassing our customer service agents. Her order was placed over 4 years ago and this is the first we have heard of this customer. She is now having other people who did not purchase from us leave negative Revdex.com complaints too.
