repair services rendered are not what was initially agreed upon I needed the catalytic converter replaced and the receptacle for the downstream oxygen sensor to be repaired on a Nissan frontier pickup truck The business in question is Thumpers performance & Exhaust on York LnThe owner and I looked under the vehicle together so I could show him what I wanted done The service was provided I picked up the truck, days later the service light came back on, I looked under the vehicle and noticed the service provided was not what was agreed uponI returned to the shop days after the service to discuss the issue and I was given the run around "OH I didn't know you wanted both converters replaced"(which I never did) etcetcetc I continued to try and discuss the issue with no resolve I do most of the work on my vehicle myself and know what needed to be fixed, it needed to be welded which I knew I couldn't do which is why I took it to a shop I was told it was now a diffe
