guarantee delivery by the date SHE had guaranteed. I booked a second company within 24 hours. Their jeep broke down the morning of scheduled pick up. At which time, consumer was offered a full refund since puppy could not be guaranteed a safe delivery by the 12-20-15 date that was guaranteed by first transporter.Consumer agreed to a refund and refund process was started. At that time, pup was placed back on the Facebook Page for adoption. Consumer had asked in an email that I make payment arrangements with her within 60 days. I received well over 15 emails in a day, after I had told consumer I would not have access to my email until late that evening.I offered to pay $850 at that time and the remaining $800 when my refund came through from the transporter (which was estimated to be 10 business days).I had to pay the second transport company out of pocket due to the timing issue. There were two pups going on the transport. The other pup was delivered to their family without conflict. I never broke my contract.
