She came and bought the car and the down payment was $and she only had $800. I worked with her and told her if she made her first payments on time we would work with her. The car was sold and she was aware of that. A week after she took the car, she told me a couple of
tires was low. She went to my tire guy and I paid for two new tires. She told me something was wrong with the transmission. I told her if something was wrong I would replace the transmission or get her into a new car. I called her on her payment date. She told me about another tire. I told her no problem and I would have the tire changed. She told me she was far away and couldn't get it done at the shop I sent her to before. I told her she could get it done where she was and I would take the amount off her payment. She hung up on me. I called her and she wouldn't answer for three days. I took the car because she wouldn't make the payment. I got the car and her mom told me she needed to get her stuff out of the car. I told her no problem, come in and they could get it. She drove the car miles because she went to Houston three times. She didn't want to make the payment
