Our response to [redacted] was that we were unable to honor a claim that Tobin Transport was at fault for stains on the carpetThis delivery was defined as Threshold level of service as designated by our client [redacted] The level of service we should provide as defined by [redacted] is:“Deliver into First room of the Home, Signature Required, No Unpack".We disagree with [redacted] 's contention that she, ".....emailed Tobin dozens of times to try and resolve this issue....." To date, we have received email messages and three phone calls from herWe acknowledge that we did not respond to [redacted] 's final email where she indicated that she was not satisfied with our decisionWe have enclosed a copy of the delivery receipt signed by the customerPlease note that Alexis Strong signed the document and checked "No" on box #confirming that no damage was done to the property during deliveryIt is not clear to us what was or is on the carpet that has left the yellow marks that [redacted] has discoveredIt is impossible to discern the source or the time table as to when the stains may have appeared on the carpetThere is no evidence to support that Tobin Transport delivery personnel stained the carpet with the yellow marks revealed in the photos provided to us by [redacted] , therefore we must deny her claim
