Thunder Bay Movers

I hired Thunder Bay movers to move my furniture on August 2, 2018. Immediately after the move, I noticed 5 pieces of wooden living room furniture had significant scratches on them and a handle was also missing from one of them. I called the owner, Konrad, on Tuesday August 7, 2018 and he asked me to send him pictures of the damage. He said their repair guy would be contacting me. The repair guy contacted me and said he would be calling the next week to set up an appointment but he never did. I noticed the first night that my bed seemed different to me and by Wednesday August 15, 2018, I was absolutely certain that they had delivered the wrong bed to me. I contacted Konrad about the bed and he said he would talk with the movers and see what they say. When he got back to me about the bed, he said that the people(customers) he needed to speak with about my bed were away and he would contact me when they get back in town. After not hearing from him for a few days, I asked him to meet with me to discuss the issues and he said no problem. As it turned out, we were both going to be out of town at different times and could not meet until I was back from holidays on August 5, 2018. He said to let him know when I returned. So on September 5, 7 and 8, 2018, I texted Konrad and there has been no response. My daughter Kari also called him, on my behalf, and left a message on September 7, 2018 and has not had any reply from him.
