Thank you for the notificationPlease see our response attachedPlease let us know if you need any additional information.Best regards,Management at Thunder Elite To Whom It May Concern: This letter is our rebuttal to the complaint that you received 7/11/ID # [redacted] This customer had three children in our program for the 2014-cheerleading seasonWe never received any written or verbal complaint from this customer throughout the cheer seasonWe do not “make” anyone sign a contractIf they want their child to participate in cheerleading in our program they are given a season long contract stating that if they break the month contract they will be charged a $separation feeThe parents are all given this contract upon signing up for cheerWe have copies at any time throughout the season they can have as many copies as they wishThis customer was in fact given three copies for each one of her childrenThe money raised from the Christmas baskets was indeed spent on the team that raised the moneyWe had an end of the year ice cream party for all the kids on the team and for their friendsIn fact the company paid for the reminder of the party since enough was note raised from the basketsNone of those funds were spent on any other teamAgain I never had once complaint from this customer regarding this matterWhen we chose to let one of our coaches go she was in deed given the opportunity to finish the season with her teamWe didn’t fire her we just told her due to her commitment to her team we wouldn’t be renewing her contract for the next seasonShe began cussing and chose not to stayNo other coaches were given special treatment in fact all the staff took on more work to make sure the kids had a successful seasonAgain no complaint from this parent at all about the situationEveryone on the team was told about their coach that same night she walked outThis customer was informed just like the rest of our customers that after their final competition practice goes to once a week for the remainder of the contractSome kids go do other sports, some work hard to get more skills for the next season, or age out it is up to each family if they continue to participate after the last competition but the signed contract is for one full yearPlease also see the attached e-mail sent from our customer about her kiddos not coming to the last month of practiceShe also mentions signing up again for the next seasonI don’t think this is someone who indeed had all these problems, I think it is someone who didn’t want to pay the last month tuition because her kids chose to do something differentShe has also done a charge back on the payments through VisaThey settled it after we sent the e-mails and contracts and they returned our money to us for her last month of tuitionThank you so much for your time in this matterI can assure you we run a great business and always keep our kids best interest at heartSincerely, Candy May S [redacted] ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
