My Max from Thunder Labradors is the smartest and best dog I have ever had. Good breeding caring and informed owners at Thunder Labradors.

Thank you very much Gloria. I hope you enjoy Max for many many years.

We just got our 2nd pup from Richard at Thunder Labradors on July 1st. Maizey 14 months and Mila 8 weeks are the best dogs anyone could have. The temperament both dogs have is just awesome. We had never had a dog from a breeder and after a lot of research we chose Richard and Thunder Labradors for our first puppy. When we decided to get another it wasn’t even a question where we were going. Richard is a very caring and conscientious breeder. He goes above and beyond in every aspect and makes sure you are 100% satisfied.
If you are looking for a great hunting dog or a great family companion look no further than Thunder Labradors.

Brian, thank you for the kind words. It was nice of you to take the time to write them. Enjoy your Thunder Labradors. Richard

We are on our third puppy from Richard at Thunder Labs. We love the personal care that goes into working with Richard and the folks up at Thunder Labs. When ever we go up to visit the puppies we are always welcomed and the staff is very helpful and polite. We love going to visit and just work with Richard and the pups. He has always taken the time to let the new pups out and play with our daughter. All of his dogs have been professionally trained. He walks into the kennel gives a command and all of the dogs stop barking. They are all trained with hand signals and he can let out breeding dogs and they are so friendly and playful. It’s amazing the way he loves the dogs and spends the time and money to train them professionally. You can see when Richard handles the pups he has a very hard time selling them and separating from them.
Our neighbor next door has a male lab from Richard and he recommend we go up and visit Thunder Labs before we picked out our first lab. Our neighbor is on his second dog from Richard. Down the street there are two females that came from Thunder Labs, they are the best dogs. Our older lab goes down and visits her cousins all the time. We either we walk our dog or the cousins are walking and the dogs are always looking for each other. Our Harper is one of the best dogs we have ever had.
We just picked out a new pup named North and she is at puppy school. We highly recommend Thunder Labs and Richard along with his wife and staff. What a great group of people. We have met several folks who are visiting Thunder Labs at the same time of us and everyone has been very friendly and understanding. We have heard so many great stories about their dogs and some of the people are back picking up another pup. We have watched Richard’s business grow over the years he is doing such a great job managing the business and taking care of upgrading the facilities over the years. We choose Richard’s Thunder Labs over and over again because of the way he loves his dogs and the personal attention he gives our family.

Thank you for the kind words. It was nice of you to take the time to write them. Thanks for your continued business and enjoy your Thunder Labradors. Richard

A great dog, but poor service. We purchased a puppy from here -- the facility appears very clean and the initial contacts were great. When we showed up for our 'pick time', there were supposed to be 3 males left...there were only two. We were told that one of the males from the litter died. OK. That happens. The people with the pick after us were there at the same time, so they were in the very same area while we were looking at the dogs. It was awkward. When we sat down to do the paperwork we were given a sheet that explained that the breeder wanted the puppy tested for Giardia, which isn't a typical test. He told us it was because he had been burned by a customer whose dog had Giardia and he tried to blame the breeder. It also gave instructions on how to treat in the event of a positive test. Our pup's test came back positive. Our vet chose a different way to treat the Giardia, so we were kind of stuck in the middle between our vet and his vets instructions. My husband called the breeder to find out the reasoning for his insistence on the 2 treatments so we could go back to our vet with an explanation. He immediately was very defensive but also told my husband that there have been cases of Giardia in dogs at his facility. We just wanted to be able to go back to our vet to say that this is why the breeder wants the treatment to be this way, but in subsequent conversations he was defensive and condescending; accusing our vet of not knowing what she was doing. We also asked him to cover the vet bills for the medication and re-test since the dog contracted Giardia while in his care. He refused. We would be completely OK with the situation had he been up front about Giardia occurring at his kennel, but he wasn't.
