Also, this owner is out-right lying as their own gift certificate states: "Auction buyers are limited to per season." As the MPTV receipt showed, there were individual auction buyers which allowed people to each have prints (total)Because we are related doesn't invalidate the 3/auction buyer or give the women manager or owner the right to refuse to provide merchandise that was bought and paid forThe reason to pick up all prints at the same time and not have any framing done further pissed off the women and she began threatening us (both times that is why I called the Police on her) Bottom line, this is a bad customer service gallery due to the women Better check with MPTV as to their difficulties dealing with the same women When I spoke with MPTV to get my refund, their comment was they weren't going to invite this gallery back for the - due to the manager! I hope they don't allow them to participate in so the Auction doesn't loose more money [redacted]

A customer does not quote to a business what they are going to payI have made him an offer and that is very fair so he can take it or leave it..He has threatened us and I am not going to take it, this this guy is way off ..I do not want customers like himTell him to prove where he said he could get the same frame job for NEVER EVER!!!!We framed it so beautiful and it was custom framing...special cuts because of the medals instead of being happy on how it was framed he is dissatisfied..I will go no lower than what I said, and I will give him a canvas worth a lot more money than his frame jobI have gone out of my way for him..Let him write what he wants about us but he in no way will get back from us...No wayThat's the bottom line he has had so many good deals from us and inexpensive frame jobsHe needs to learn how to frame himself it is a hard task...and he received a great deal and then threatened to our friend it was fraud and said our friend said this....He need not lie bad traight[redacted] Meyer TMP GALLERY

hello ***i guess since you are going to keep bothering us, I will be glad to take money out of our account, and send it to you, even though our non profit ministry dose not have your money..the band does..or atleast 75% of it anywaysi dont understand your attitude at all, if you had
purchased movie tickets, no refundif you bought theatre tickets to see a play, no refund.if you had purchased Cardinal tickets, no refund..or any other event sold online..But you buy tickets from a non profit ministry based here in your own state, and our only purpose is to help bring more Christian events...this is what you do...I am pretty sure I emailed you and offered a credit for a show later, even though, we did not end up with your $plus dollars.The online company keeps their fees no matter what happens, because they did their job, they processed your credit card and sent you tickets, so no matter what happens we do not get fee money back from online companies even if we did choose to issue someone a refund. We donated prints it was very clear on the certificates that Auction buyers are limited to only certificates per auction season..Quote *** *** bought *** *** bought who bought the other we have no ideaWe said we would honor all if they helped and framed a few with usThey said no way..At no time did I get upset except when they demanded all of them and refused to leave my gallery.The man sat in the chair and refused to leave until the woman called the policeThe officer removed the man and he went into the hall.I then asked for the receipts in front of officer and the woman refused to show meChannel gave them all there money back instantly same day, this should not even be an issueI did contact Channel and *** SAID AT NO TIME DID SHE SAY ANYTHING ABOUT MANAGER OR US NOT NOT BEING IN CHANNEL 10'S AUCTION IN 2015..WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT OFFER PRINTS AGAIN...Please call *** at Channel to verify this total ordeal with these greedy peopleWe might have to get a lawyer on this, we did nothing wrong as a company or as an individual who they certainly have a vendetta towardsThese people did not cooperate and did not try to help the problemHow also would they know there were any other problems from other people? These people will go on about this foreverAsk them who the other person was we don't know who bought the other 3, and also why did one person buy when it says he is only allowed 3!!! These people are crazy and we need to get a lawyer and they got there money back from the people that screwed upThat's all that matters!
Please understand we believe in 100% customer service, I go out of my way for customers we have been in business for years and have had no customer complaintsPlease resolve or we will get a lawyer this is all and we disagree with these greedy and peoplewho tried being dishonestChannel has there receipts please talk to *** on this matterIt's sad that something so nice turns so evil!

To Whom It May Concern:This man is so off base with what he has wroteHe did come in and Jan framed his certificates with him, they were special customed certificates ..They were double matted suede and acid free mats and custom cutouts on these certificates..I have a lot going on my son has brain
cancer which I told him, I told him it was my fault I forgot to call him on the basis my mind was elsewhere...I told him I would take off which I did..he walked out I didn't think he was that upset but I guess he was..I later called him to tell him I have his nice frame here and he said he would never step in my place againI told him after calls, no screaming and yelling I would give him a canvas at - and that I also would take another offThis man also told me he was reporting me for fraud, and a good customer of ours told him tooI called this customer and he was furious that this guy even said that it was a lie...I did at no time yell or scream at this guy..I tried to rectify the situation by giving him free merchandise and more money off only because I forgot to call himThere is no way I would give him anything else offHe said he would go to all the veterans in Oconomowoc and bad mouth me, which is a joke I have given those guys such good deals and they would stand by meAlso I have given this guy good deals we were never pricey we are the cheapest around here..He said he went to different gallerys and they were only charging well he is way off base again..I am happy not to have him as a customer.This man has got remarks free from me which is an artists own rendering original, and they are valued at a pcHe is very ungrateful and by the way his wonderful certificates looked beautiful..There is no way I did anything wrong except forgot to call him and again I tried to rectify the situation and he was awful to me..That is my side of the story he was a very unappreciated veteran and I Thank God they are not all like him*** Meyer TMP Gallery

This is definitely a Chanel 10 Auction problem..These people definitely have a deep problem, they were given all there money back from Chanel 10.. Immediately ..It says right on our certificate 3 per family these people had 9 I said I would give them 3 and would even honor...

the rest of the prints if they would frame with us they said no way.. They refused to leave my gallery they left such a commotion and called the police the officer made the guy get off the chair and leave our gallery. He then talked with them and said this is Chanel 10's fault...go to them.. They had a total of 9 prints and are only allowed 3.. It is our policy which I tried to tell them nicely..
The framing certificate is only 50.00 off if they frame they did not even want to frame after I offered them all there prints if they would frame with us.. The officer himself called the people greedy.. It was the worst experience I have ever had in 20 years working for Thunder Mountain.. These people were the rudest people I have ever encountered.. Chanel 10 should not of sold 9 certificates.. This woman is way out of wack...Her side of the story is totally wrong.. She refused to leave her husband it was so embarrassing in my gallery..

Please geel free to listen to my voicemail from her. She must be held accountable for her below par business practices where she hurls personal insults at consumers and calls them liars when she is caught in bad business practices. I will gladly return her frames and matts for a full refund as I signed no documents stating no returns. Or refund me the 120.00 requested.  [redacted] please help as you can see we are getting no where. reviewed appear below.
