I am rejecting this response because:They have not addressed the issue at all. The concern was that there were two early filed ones that were not accepted by the IRS for over two months although numerous ones filed after those were accepted and they refused to review the process to determine if there was an issue with their software. They had a terrible, condescending attitude to a very reasonable request to ensure their system was working. It was not an unreasonable request in the least. They also stated they refunded me the cost of the software and that is a blatant lie. What is interesting is that two days after I filed the complaint they did finally get their system working and showed all the filings as accepted by the IRS. They did not address the issue with them putting a coupon for Turbo Tax on the 1099s and W2s that I paid them to mail for me. I had worked to develop a good relationship with many of the employees of my clients for whom I do payroll in the hopes that they would come to me to do their taxes. I don't know how much income I lost because they got a Wthey knew I had prepared and it included a coupon for Turbo Tax

I have reviewed this issue thoroughly with our Customer Service Manager. There were a series of errors on our part that in no way reflect our business operations or customer service. By no fault of this customer, this has dragged out extensively and is entirely unacceptable.
We will work on our end to resolve the training, process and follow-through that made this possible so no other customers will be impacted in such a way.For this customer, a refund check has been issued and was sent via FedEx expedited service on 3/6/17. Tracking number of this shipment is: ***. It is scheduled to be delivered to the customer on 3/8/17. We are very sorry for all the inconvenience, frustration and lack of professionalism on our part. All of the forms were filed on time and accepted by the IRS.  The user's expectation that the forms are accepted immediately is unrealistic.  The IRS can take up to 2-3 weeks to accept information forms, but they don't consider the forms late providing they were filed on time. As of...

2/14/18, all of the user's forms were accepted by the IRS.  User is not at risk for late filing penalties since all forms were filed by 1/30/18 (with a deadline of 1/31/18).  User was refunded for the purchase of the software although all of the forms were handled timely and correctly.
