Racist Dr. A very horrible doctor accusing everybody of having a bad attitude and blaming them for something they’re not guilty of a very aggressive behavior very threatening attitude bullying discrimination and racism do not go to this doctor he’s a dangerous to society

Prior to 1/18/2018, an agreement was made they quoted the entire procedure will cost $ which includes the clasp; no extra cost to be seemThe Department of Aging helped with a grantI'm a senior citizen who dealt with cancer twice,and is still in poor heath, with finances on disabilityAfter the exam the receptionist said, "Will you pay now?" I said, "Yes I gave her $and the rest when my partial are ready." The Dept.of Aging will help, I handed the money, she then gave me an invoice; when I saw the amount I was shocked, and questioned what is this, our agreement is $754.00, not$914.00." The dentist MrW [redacted] came out, and said,"Well, you need a clasp on the partial!" I said, " fine, but not 914.00." MrW [redacted] said, "You can use Policrip to hold them in, if I don't put a clasp on!" I said, "That was not the agreement you made with me, and the Dept of Aging, why are you changing the agreement?" MrW [redacted] got angry, and said," You don't like that there's a lot of men up a

August 18, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: I am Dr. Brent *. W***, Jr. Responding to complaint # [redacted] and this is my response.9/6/12 Initial visit consisted of X-ray $110.00 and exam $65.00 total $175,00, Family then decided to do treatment plan totaling $1,725.00, of which I... then waived the $65.00 exam fee.10/11/12 Surgery was performed on patient and dentures inserted. 11/5/12 Family calls the office very irrate and demanding that their father be seen immediately. First available appt. was 11/15/12, they pushed and pushed and were offered 11/12/12. Family never accepted an appt, but rather demanded to speak with me. Pt came in on 11/15/12 and we did an adjustment. 8/14/14 After almost two years the patient and family finally shows up. I am certain that my staff informed the family what was to be expected on this visit. I assumed that after 2 years with a loose denture and having extensive surgery that my staff would inform their family that a reline was imminent and would cost $170.00 per denture and that we would keep the denture all day, returning it back to the patient at approx. 3:30 pm.Family returned around 3:30 or so, my staff came to get me because the family was making a fuss about not being told they had to pay money, and that adjustments were free. I talked to the patient’s son and grandson, conversation was very civil, I explained what happened, the son finally paid the bill, the son said something to the effect I don’t have a problem paying the money, someone should have told us before we got here. Just for clarification we did nothing to his lower denture. We kept only his upper. If we had kept his lower, his bill would have been $340.00. I hope this helps with your investigation, our charges Stand, and We are not considering nor granting a refund of $170.00.Thanks,Dr. Brent W.

I have never been so appalled and angry at such an unprofessional doctorDrW***I got all my teeth pulled there in DecIn Feb2017, my dentures crackedI will admitDr W*** and I had "words" before I left for A FINAL FITTING of my dentures way back I have never met such an insensitive doctorHe also is very vindictiveI called Thunderbird Dental about months ago when my dentures crackedDrW*** told me and told my mother to take my "very nasty" reviews down, off ALL websites, IF I wanted my dentures fixedHA! Well here I am to tell the truth, AGAINThe place is dirtyVERY DirtyEspecially a business usually dealing with disabled or handicapped people, even elderly peopleI WILL NEVER return to Thunderbird Dental againWe, as humans, have a right to speak our mind about how well, or in this case, HOW POORLY a business operatesEspecially how poorly this company TREATS their patientsI was also told, BY DrW***, that I COULD and SHOULD NEVER return there againSohere I amtelling my side of storyIf I had a choice to "rewind" time, I wouldAND I would have never spent my $at Thunderbird DentalI would have done more research on where to spend my money on such precious itemsThey also gave me the "pills" to help me "sleep" (before) I got ALL my teeth pulledright out in the lobbyNo private room to TRY and fall asleep inI had to try and fall asleep out in the lobbyGuess what?! I didn't even get to fall asleepIt took ATLEAST 12-shots of novocaine later to JUST HELP take SOME of the pain awayI won't forget it! Never will I forget the painWhether you take my advice, or chose to take your $$ to Thunderbird DentalKnow thisI am pretty positive you will be in the same place as me AND the rest of the people that had POOR EXPERIENCES at Thunderbird DentalTo be totally honestI would NOT be surprised if this was a discrimination issue

Dr. White is a very sick doctor and needs mental and psychological help he is mentally ill and shouldn’t be practicing dental is a pathological liar.

Went to DrWhite back in for a top denture plate which was great material was great he was great at adjusting in fixingWent back for a new top denture and you get the bottom denture and it seems like the material is not as good as the material was the first time I went went back for adjustments after adjustments after adjustments DrWhite proceeded to say I need something better to do I paid for my permanent liners and went back for more adjustments and it up paying for another liner for top and bottom but now we pay because after all the adjustments they both need to be done again went back again to have the bottom relined and he wanted to charge me again another $but this time I disputed it got a refund and he told me to find another dentist drWhite told me the first time I paid the extra that he wasn’t in the business to do things for freeAnd I told him that I wasn’t in the business to keep paying for the same thing over and over again

I am rejecting this response because, Dr W*** has fabricated the whole story ,I know of no family
member who called and was pushy ,I handle my parents affairs and I only called when my
dad complained about how loose his dentures were, I was told he would need a adjustment and that the original adjustment was never done, lastly in Dr W***s response he says I assume they were told, instantly lets me know
he isn't sureEven though its his private secretary My request is to leave this incident on record
