Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted]I am not disputing the fact that they put the parts in my bike,I have the parts they replaced. They said I needed an oil pump and new cams and cam plate and lifters and push rods because there was no oil getting to the upper part of the engine so I approved the work for 2863.53 there was not supposed to be anymore noise. When I picked up the bike 10 days later the noise was still there, the upper part of the engine makes the same noise, they said there is nothing wrong.they didn't say there was nothing wrong before 2863.53 was spent, they don't want to try to resolve the problem. That is the worst place of business I have ever been.
