Thunderbird Pools & Spas

We purchased our pool from Thunderbird about 3 years ago. During the building process, we were living out of the area. The people at Thunderbird kept us fully informed of the project. We were given updates via email and phone calls. They sent us pictures of the pool as it came together. Any time I had a question, they were fast, friendly and professional in answering it.

Since the pool has been completed, the Thunderbird team has remained fully accessible. The person who was here during the pool setup, James, has been outstanding whenever I have had any questions or concerns. I can contact him anytime...not just during normal business hours. Having never owned a pool before, I had many questions initially. James has always been patient and thorough. Most times he has been able to walk me through my questions over the phone. The couple of times when there was something a bit more complex, he either came out himself or scheduled someone to come to my home. We had 2 warranty issues that were handled very quickly. The Thunderbird team has been awesome to work with.

Professional and takes pride in their work. All inspections passed first time. Awesome scheduling of the sub-contractors, always available for questions, even years after the build! Would highly recommend!

Thunderbird pools was hired by me to install my pool this summer. Everything went like clockwork! They have a beautiful show room, professional, courteous and a competent staff!

Their price was very competitive! I do not hesitate and recommending them, nor would I hesitate in hiring them again if I had another pool to build in the future. They are great at communication and I am currently using them to maintain my pool. Do not hire another pool company before checking them out!
