On April 24, 2020, I purchased a face mask. Order # ***
It was never delivered. I sent several emails and received my only email from them on June 1, 2020.
This is a portion of that email.
"Your order is a custom product, we will process it when received order from you, so it will take 5-7 days to design."
The problem is that I had paid for it a month and a half earlier.
So this wasn't even an accurate email addressing my purchase.
I made a purchase for face masks with thi company on 4/29/20 in the amount of $52.43 anyways given ORDER #***. To date I never received the items, I tried contacting them and never got an answer back.
I purchased bandannas from this company in April 2020, after several emails with no response I filed a claim with Paypal. I then received an email with shipping information. I contacted the company again, due to not receiving my order in it's entirety. I received an email stating they made a mistake with my order. Now I am being told I have to prove what I have received although there was no order details in the package. I am missing a 3pack of Star Wars bandannas. It has taken over 2.5 months for me to obtain any of my purchase. Since the company provided PayPal with a tracking number, my claim was denied with them, But that doesn't account for not receiving the listed items in which I paid for.
The company I ordered from was Thurfy but I received an email from a person named Miley from Favocy Customer Support instead of Thurfy. I do believe this company is scamming people out of money and not providing any paperwork with the product so that later once they do reply, they can request you to send them the order form or tag numbers
Ordered a cloth mask on 4/20, and waited, and wrote, no contact, no way to log in, no response at all. Filed a complaint with PayPal on 5/14/20, and their response was to PRINT a labe, and still did not send it. 20 more days went by before they actually sent it.
I meanwhile purchased two others from someone who understood customer service. I wrote them before I received it to cancel and refund my payment. Still no communication. Wrote them when it came 44 DAYS after I ordered it, and said I wanted a refund, still no response. I have this ready to see d back when I am refunded my $16.95.
I have made two separate orders with this company back in April. And have not heard anything from them about anything being shipped. I have made two attempts at using their contact form on their website and they never respond. Also their website doesn't list a phone number to contact them. I want my orders sent which I have paid for. If the company can't fulfill their end, they need to refund both sales.
I saw on *** an ad for Jeff D’s Walter masks. I ordered 2 and the money came out of my account thru PayPal. I have texted and emailed the company (Thurfy)with no response. I have contacted my bank and they couldn’t give me any more information than I had. I have been emailing PayPal but they are not helpful. I just don’t know what else to do.
