Review: I purchased a photo booth for my stepsons upcoming wedding on Oct 18 2015. I purchased through living social on May 25th. I have since tried to email them twice and called numerous times to get my contract. I spoke to someone early August and again on August 24th she total me I would receive the contact that day via email. I call on August 25th and August 26th three times and still no response from this company. I have contacted living social and they will be refunding my funds thanks to them for honoring a refund. I will await to see if I can get that refund.

Please post so no other customers have to go through what I have in the past several mouths planning a wedding is expense and hard enough without companies who are so negligent. This company dose not honor their services and I would never pay them upfront you will never get the services you pay for!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for services not provided. Living social is helping me with this and I hope it goes though.

Review: We had the chance of working together at my wedding on September 20th 2014. Before the date of my wedding responses from this company were either fast and instantaneous or not returned for weeks at a time. On September 20th the day of my wedding, they did not show up on time like the contract had stated. I was even more surprised because through email we had spoken three days prior. The evening of my wedding, we had to stop enjoying our big day and call the company at 7:30pm when they did not show at the designated 7pm start time. Not only was the company extremely late, but the attendant was very rude to my guests. Also, the contract stated that two attendants were to be present and only one attendant was present. We had over 200 guests excited to make photo keep sakes from our night and only about 40 people were able to get into the booth because it was not set up until 9pm. The photo booth was our wedding favor to our guests. So, when the company failed to follow the contract, my guests were the ones that suffered. The following Monday after our wedding I tried to reach out to the company and discuss what had happened and ask for a refund. I received an email from the company stating that they would be sending a refund for the hours missed. It has now been over two months with zero communication from the company. I have called several times, left several messages, and sent emails in regards to this incident. I even sent a formal letter via USPS asking for a response and have received nothing. Desired Settlement: $630.00 refund.
