Ms. [redacted], I’m writing in regards to the above referenced complaint. The customer pre-ordered ThyVitaWomen’s Ultra on August 20th 2016. She has been regularly corresponding with us for nearly 4weeks in an effort to force a refund, the claims in her complaint are flatly FALSE and misleading.ThyVita became available to ship at the end of December, her order was shipped via USPS andtransferred to Canada Post for delivery. Her order was not sent to a different country, she wasmistakenly provided a tracking number meant for another customer with a similar name inConnecticut. Also, during the checkout process a customer has to verify the items in their cart and approve themin order to proceed to the final checkout, she completed that step & paid for her items. The attachedreceipt clearly shows she ordered one 60 count bottle of ThyVita with an additional free bonus bottle(BOGO). She did not purchase two 120 count bottles. In regards to Ms. [redacted]’s claims that she was instructed to “throw away” her pills, this wasmistakenly relayed to her by a representative and corrected in a separate email 4 minutes later inwhich the customer immediately responded. This entire thread of conversation took 14 minutes, notan entire day as she claims. During this 14 minute conversation the customer responded very angrilythat she would not get a refund, at no time did she ever indicate that she discarded the two brandnew bottles of ThyVita. In fact, the customer only asserted that later after we provided her proof thatshe did not purchase two 120 count bottles. It’s important to mention the customer indicated she noticed there was a problem with the tabletcount when she first received the shipment, instead of contacting us regarding her concern sheinstead opened the bottle with the intent to use the product. She never contacted us to inquire aboutthe bottle count, instead she inquired about the expiration date never mentioning any problemswhatsoever. She was told the expiration date is on the bottle after a succession of productionnumbers and is clearly marked 10/18.Regarding the “considerations” she was promised. All customers were notified of any delays inproduction via USPS and given additional considerations should they decide to wait the additionalproduction time. This consideration was provided in the form of a coupon code for a free bottle ofThyVita that could be redeemed at a time of the customers choosing. Ms. [redacted] was providedthis code multiple times, her refusal to use that coupon is her choice, not a failure on our part.Ms. [redacted] has contacted us repeatedly regarding this matter and when one excuse fails sheasserts several more in the hopes of forcing a refund and keeping the product, she is now using theservices of the Revdex.com to do this on her behalf.Initially the customer complained she did not get her BOGO, yet her receipt clearly showed ashipping weight of 1 pound. Then, she complained the pill size was too large, then she complainedshe was misled and was owed several more bottles. All of these claims were disproved withdocumentation from the bank and from the USPS.Our last correspondence with the customer we explained this in detail, provided copies of her order, her receipts and her shipping label. Due to her threats of further complaints we told her that if shewishes to file a dispute with the Revdex.com or her bank we would be willing to provide the details of herpurchase and have attached them for your reference. In closing, we stand by our return policy andhave fulfilled our obligations under the sale, she is not entitled to a refund and we will not beresponding to any further complaints on the matter.Very Sincerely Yours,ThyVita Health

Re: Revdex.com [redacted] Ms. [redacted], I’m writing in response to the above referenced complaint. We are asking that this complaint be dismissed immediately, the customer has not been sincere in her complaint and we believe she is merely using the Revdex.com to force a refund that she is not entitled to and to keep product for free. In her complaint Ms. [redacted] indicated she was promised a refund and was told to discard the unused portion of her product, she further claims that she was not made aware of the misinformation for a full day after the fact. As you can see by her email response in the paragraph below her statement is completely untrue. According to this email she was notified within moments of the error, she still had the product and was willing to return it. On Tue, Jan 24, 2017 at 9:15 AM [redacted] wrote: Maybe you're a different agent, but I just received an email prior to this, stating that I was getting a refund in 5-10 business days & to discard the rest of the bottle. (the entire email thread from start to finish is attached to this email, but I will also copy & paste that message below. They advised me that with the return, I could not receive the free bottle offer & I was simply responding to state that I was fine with that. However, I never received that email offering the free bottle, which I see others saying the same on [redacted]. If you have proof, you can send it to me. Regardless, as the agent stated below, I would not be able to use the code & I am fine with that. [redacted] I am aware that responding to this complaint using the online system would make this information public, so as a courtesy to the customer I am emailing this response in order to avoid any public embarrassment that may occur due to this evidence. In closing, we stand by our return policy and have fulfilled our obligations under the sale, she is not entitled to a refund and we will not be responding to any further complaints on the matter. If she wishes to pursue this matter with her bank we will be happy to provide them with the same information. Very Sincerely Yours, ThyVita Health
