Went to Fickling office in Macon, GA on May 5,2015,agent came to my house on next day to start process to list my home for sale. He took 2 pics of front of house and left me with a 3 page form to complete and stated he would be back in a couple of days to pick up form. Neverrrrr heard from him for over 6 weeks. When I sent an email to Fickling thru [redacted] to ask when I would get a copy of my contract, and asked why I never got a call or drop by or anything else from the agent in over 6 weeks. Next day I got a call from the agent and he said " well I tried to call you? Really? Same phone # for over 5 yrs. Oh and well I drove by one day with another agent, Really? So, did you call or maybe send a letter, or maybe send my copy of the contract agreement? No I just left it on your counter? Why would anyone sign a contract and just drop it on the counter? Did not happen. So, when he called the very next day. No ' Gee, I'm sorry. How can we fix this, we really want to sell your house" Nothing, Nada. Just the comment that Maybe I would be happier with a new agent and would follow that up with a letter stating the same. And oh by the way, " the BROKER stated that he knew the agent for a long time and he did not believe any of my statements. Why would I make stuff up? I am the one selling the house. I am assuming that the budget for Fickling does not allow for continueing education in the CUSTOMER SERVICE realm.
