Worst business experience of my lifeI called and wanted to wait minutes to tow so I could drive to my carWhen I got there the truck driver was already pulling the car without me unlocking, and scratching the tires by not towing straight on the carSince I was selling the car anyway I didn't complainThen, when I unlocked, he made HUGE HIGHLY VISIBLE scratch marks on the bottom of the car (which had a new paint job)When asked about it the driver acted rude and denied that he did anythingOn the trip to the destination the driver drove like he was drunkWhen we finally got to the destination, the driver asked me to get into the car and drive it off the ramp because he had broken cables - What kind of tow service is this?? Of course, he didn't give me a receipt, likely because he doesn't want any proof he touched the carAdditionally, the whole trip, the driver is screaming to the top of his lungs to his phone and was clearly distracted from the jobI was honestly afraid he'd attack my family (in the car) if I questioned anything - the guy had true anger issuesI've never seen anyone yell like that into a phone, and it was continuous for minutes while we waited for him to release the carLearn from my mistakes, go to true professionals, your car and family is worth a full price tow - you'll end up regretting if you don't

After my wife called TIA Towing for a pick up, she waited over hour and minutes for the tow truck driver to tow her carEven though she had given the correct location, she received a call from TIA office asking for her locationFor the lack of listening, Mr*** gave his tow truck driver the wrong locationWhile the tow truck driver was driving in circles, my pregnant wife called the office to share her locationMr*** picked up the phone and stated with a very rude tone "I know were my driver is" in actuality, not knowing at all; hung up the phoneMy wife and I tired to contact TIA's office right after;no one picked up the phoneThus, Mr*** being rude caused the Tow Truck driver to take longer and a lot of confusing resulted from it
