Tian Bao Travel

FYIMy experience with Compass Holidays was quite shocking as you will see in my review below
This is not the first time I have booked a trip with Compass Holidays or their parent company, Tian Bao Travel I travelled on a days Air Inclusive to Beijing from Compass Holidays for $(taxes included) and a days Air Inclusive to Shanghai for $(taxes included) from Tian Bao Travels However, my recent experience with Compass Holidays was more than disappointing due to the error they made on their Air Inclusive days to Beijing & Thailand trip
On 06DEC2016, I called Compass Holidays to book tickets for this trip which was being offered at an amazing price of $300...yep...you read right, $plus taxes When I tried to book this trip @ 9:am, the agent told me she had to call me back with details and when she called me back at 10:am, she told me that the trip was not $but "save $300" so the cost would be $off the $plus taxes Naturally, I declined As the agent was speaking to me, I noticed their website was up-dated from the cost of $to "save $300" and when I questioned the agent about the changes, she was very reluctant to admit there was an up-date to the advertised price Here is the most interesting part....at 1:50pm on the same day, this trip went from $to "save" $from $to a Special Promo price of $from $ If you can follow these numbers, this particular trip went from $to $to $in less than a span of five hours! Talk about sky rocketing prices...lol I contacted their office to inquire if the original offer of $for this trip would be honoured since it was their mistake and not mine but of course, the offer was not honoured because of a website "glitch" Glitch or not a glitch? You guys decide and you guys be aware of raising prices
My travelling friends and I thought this trip was too good to be true and sadly, that was what it turned out to be Keep in mind, I did travel to Shanghai for days Air Inclusive for $out the door (yes, you read right - it was one of those Chinese shopping tours) so these amazing deals do exist What irks me most is the fact that this Agency continued to use the website "glitch" as the problem when it is quite obvious that it was a human error I was enticed by the amazing deal that was originally set at $- my friends and I had our fingers and toes crossed in hopes that it could be a true deal which of course was not If this Agency was truthful in admitting that it was a human error, I would have just accepted this fact because we are only human and mistakes do happen But when you try to cover up your mistakes, that's just not acceptable I'm sure that the website "glitch didn't change the prices on it's own and I'm sure the website "glitch" didn't add an additional $to the original price of $to $
Those reading this review, just beware and be cautious of the prices from this Agency because it varies from time to time I printed out all their offers from the website so I actually have proof of their changes
