Review: I purchased a Tiana B Go Softly cascading ruffle dress in color navy on 1/**/13 through [redacted], order # [redacted]. I only wore it once on 1/**/13 half day, the dress was bleeding and color was fading like crazy. It stained both my leather car seat (driver side) and kitchen leather bar stool very bad, blue stains are all over them. I have tried everything to clean them, unfortunately nothing worked. The stains are so strong and nothing can take them out. In order to fix the leather car seat in my 2011 BMW 528i, I had to bring it to the dealer and asked the professionals to fix it. They tried everything to clean it first, again nothing worked. So they had to re dye the leather with closest matching color to make the stains less visible for a cost of $150 which I already paid. Even though it is not back to the original perfect condition after its done. If I really want to fix the car seat back to the original condition as before the dress damaged it, I will need to replace the leather. The leather alone for one seat costs $900, plus expensive installation labor cost. And the damage for the leather bar stool is also permanent and cant be fixed. I submitted a written request to [redacted] for reimbursement of the damage cost in total of $260.74 including the $150 repair fee for the leather car seat and $110.74 purchase cost of the bar stool. I included everything they asked me and did exactly as their instruction for the claim process, attached all photos of the damages for evidence, receipts for all the cost and all records for the order, also a two pages written letter about what happened. [redacted] claimed that they have forwarded all documents and information to Tiana B. and they confirmed on 3/**/13 that Tiana B refused to do anything about it neither reimburse any of my damage cost. Tiana B. should be responsible for the damages cost by their products. First, I have never seen any clothing bleeding as bad as this dress in my whole life. I purchase clothing from very high end to very inexpensive types. Occasionally some new clothes will have minor bleeding and fading issue when washing them. But none of them is bleeding when its even dry. In the condition which its color was bleeding /fading even when its totally dry and the severe degree of the bleeding/fading occurred, this dress is definitely defective and should not have had been allowed to sell in the first place. Second, theres no any label or sign warning consumer that this dress might be bleeding/fading during normal wearing. Third, Tiana B. should do a standard quality control of their products and avoid such a defective product and prevent damages. Tiana B. should be 100% responsible. When something like this happens, Tiana B. should do the right thing to take the whole responsibility as they should, to cover the damage and reimburse all my cost.Desired Settlement: reimbursement of damage cost of $260.74
