Applicant was informed that this was not how the process was done and that proof of income was also need to verify income qualificationIt was explained that we would need these documents within hours or the application or it would be canceledAfter a few attempts to contact both applicants, the first applicant told me that he was at work and to call his fiancé, a number was given but attempts to call that number were failed due to number not being in serviceEmail was sent in an effort to ask further questionsThere was no further correspondence; the application was canceled on 4/21/2015, due to lack of proper documents and remaining paymentsScreening was not run on these applicantsThe application fee of $is in processing for reimbursement to the applicant.Regards,Tribeca Management

fiancé stated that they wanted to get approved first before rendering any payment. (There was one application fee of $25.00 submitted.) Applicant was informed that this was not how the process was done and that proof of income was also need to verify income qualification. It was explained that we would need these documents within 24 hours or the application or it would be canceled. After a few attempts to contact both applicants, the first applicant told me that he was at work and to call his fiancé, a number was given but attempts to call that number were failed due to number not being in service. Email was sent in an effort to ask further questions. There was no further correspondence; the application was canceled on 4/21/2015, due to lack of proper documents and remaining payments. Screening was not run on these applicants. The application fee of $25.00 is in processing for reimbursement to the applicant.Regards,Tribeca Management
