I have had 2 sets of dentures made at this denture clinic upper and lowers first set uppers were acceptable bottoms did not fit properly I was told I would get used to them never did my original lowers which are very sloppy because they are 40 years old fit better. My second set was much worse top and bottoms did not fit properly food was getting in the top denture between my gums and the denture because it didn't fit properly I could feel a air space between pallet and denture and the bottoms did not fit over my gum they just sat on top giving me no controll whatsoever . Each time I tried to make an appointment she was not available or her schedule worked around her children l found that to be very unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone . I was very dissatisfied and I still can not eat properly . Dentures are very expensive and I cannot afford to keep replacing them.

We reviewed your chart, and noticed that it's been over 4 years ( year: 2015 ) since we have seen you in our clinic. Also we have noticed, you had 3 cancellations, and missed appointments logged on file without a charge.
All dentures require regular maintenance, as any denture wearer is aware that bone structure and tissue changes over time.
Annual check-ups are recommended.
In our clinic, we follow all mandated documents which are signed by all patients. Example: Treatment Plan indicating treatment, and cost. and, Try-In document indicating fit of denture(s), appearance etc... which have been signed by you. We always have our patients come back in the clinic for a follow-up ( 4 days later ) to adjust any soreness or issues a new set of dentures may cause.
Your dentures are 4 years old ( made in 2015 ) , your mouth does change over time especially a lower denture with bone loss, if you have a problem with eating or the fit, please call the clinic so we can assist your denture concerns. 519.735.7800 or e-mail: [email protected]
Our clinic is a house call practice, we do leave the clinic to assist patients who are in the hospital, nursing home or / and retirement home who do not have access to our clinic.
We also try to accommodate all our patients with dates and / or times that works best for them.
Side note: you indicated appointments were not available due to kids .. in 2015, kids ages 3 years old, and 1 years old, and at that time we started denture treatment on you, pregnant with 3rd kid. As a working mother and owner, daycare was in place for my 2 kids. We always work around our patients schedule to the best that we can. Your appointment times were 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4:15 pm, and 4:30 pm that you requested. After your last adjustment in 2015, we haven't had any contact from you in regards to your dentures.
