Review: I got from Tibi 2 items (dresses). I was told on the phone that it will not be a problem to return. I got 2 dresses which I needed to return because of the wrong sizes and I tried to generated the Return Authorization Number, and I was told that I could not return the dresses. I spend $156.80 for the dresses that I do not need, and can't return them because the company did not keep their promises. I tried to return the merchandizes within first week after I got them.
Would you please help me to get the dresses back and get my money back from the company TIBI.Desired Settlement: Return, and get money back on the credit card
