the intake gaskets. The additional parts needed were Supplied byshop.5. The EGR valve was non functional, mechanic personally gave part to customer's husband, whowent to the dealership for a replacement. Mechanic was called from dealership notifying thatthe partwas not available through them. Husband returned to shop and mechanic re-installedthe EGR valve.6. Noti?ed customer that the vehicle had no coolant, told customer's husband to buy coolant,husband responded that he did not have any money. Husband them proceeded to add water toreservoir NOT mechanic.7. Customer was noti?ed that additional engine repairs were needed in order to complete workbut customer responded that she could not afford it and decide to take her vchicle.8. Shop did not steal nor gave wrong information about the repairs needed. Shop is willing torefund in full in order to satisfy customer's need.9. Note that this is not the first time that customer had mechanic look and repair other vehicles ona personal basis.
