I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11559226, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company in reference claims in the message to the Revdex.com that my credit card was not charged, but a charge was made on May 25, 2016. I can provide my credit card statement if necessary. After receiving this message, Terri from Tic-Tac-Toes kindly provided his cell phone number, and we spoke over the phone on Tuesday, July 12. Hi informed me that a refund, or payment reversal, was issued to my card weeks ago, but since I still have not received the refund he said he would look into it. As of Friday afternoon, July 15, my calls to Tic-Tac-Toes are unanswered. I left a voice-mail on Terri's cell phone inquiring about the status of my refund, but have received no answer. Because of this, I am not satisfied by the business response, and my complaint has not been resolved.

This customer's request had been submitted for authorization of the original shipping charges because customer claimed item was not as described. Authorization has been approved and the customer will receive her refund no later than 02/19/2016 and a printed receipt will be mailed to her for her...

The customer contacted Terri on her personal cell phone, because the toll free number is still out of service, at 2:41 pm today Friday, July 15th. At 3:30 pm Terri returned her phone call and verified that in fact the credit of $74.00 was processed on July 13th. The customer was given the Merchant Id# along with the transaction number to verify with her credit card company. The credit card information was verified as being correct during this phone conversation.

The representative from this company both responded to you today and wrote to me, as well, with an explanation as to why the phone lines were down yesterday.  Even though this does not explain why I could not reach them last week, I'm just content that the issue is resolved now.I've had bad experiences in the past with the shipping of their items (shoes) - that is, being told it would ship on a certain date, but then not having the item actually ship for more than a month after that date.  I realize there's nothing they can do anything about what's occurred in the past, only what's happening now.  In response to which, the representative informed me the shoes would ship next week, which means the item should be to me in CA by Sept 4th - that's 30 days from now.  I'll be back to write a follow up response as to what occurs.Thank you to everyone involved for your time on this matter, including the client for their quick response.

I was in mid conversation with the customer this morning when our phone line went dead and I thought the customer had hung up on me. I was in the process of explaining to the customer, that we have infact not charged her card. She may verify this with her credit card company. It was only after...

receiving several emails that I became aware that the phone lines were down and I called it in to our provider. I will do a followup phone call with her as soon as the lines are working.
