Business offered "full refund" upon return of florals. I returned, they failed to refund and told me to just dispute it with my CC company.Late July / early August 2014, I purchased a plant (succulents and moss) from business (approximately $450 with delivery fees). Three weeks later (mid-August), it died. I contacted them, they arranged to pick it up and take a look (they NEVER said I would be charged for a pick up, I have texts to prove). August 28 it was picked up. Thereafter, they tried to insinuate I killed it (too much water, not enough sun, too much sun, and other excuses). After some going back and forth they agreed to replace it for me but said they would charge me for delivery (for the pick up which had already happened and delivery of the new replacement). September 8 I received the new replacement and it was different from my original order (no moss, but instead rocks). I contacted them to report this, and they acknowledged the changed design and said they did it on purpose. When I complained that it was not what I wanted, they said they would just pick up the item and just give me a "full refund".September 13 they picked up the item. I never received any refund. On October 1 I contacted them and first was told the refund was processed and it was weird that I didn't receive it. Then the owner emailed me saying he would send a check because he did not process it. He said the check would exclude delivery charges. I informed them that it was not right for me to pay for delivery and pick up of an item that was not what I ordered. If they had replaced it correctly, we would never be in this mess. After some back and forth disagreement about whether delivery should be refunded, the owner suddenly emailed saying that he wasn't going to refund anything at all. I told him that since he now has the item, and promised a refund, that refusing to give me any money back would be considered stealing. He told me to go dispute it with my credit card company and not to contact him again. Once I pulled up my CC bills, I noticed though they quoted me flat rate on delivery, they charged more (tax I presume) without telling me. So for example a delivery they said would cost me $25, they charge dmd $27.70 for. They are just dishonest and not professional. Desired Settlement$457.80Business Response This compliant is address to the wrong person and wrong company. I think the person should fight the credit card company instead of filing complaints
