When I called Tica to schedule an appointment I specifically asked the secretary if they did free estimates and she said yes, so I made an appointmentThe guy came out looked at ceiling and said I can't do anything, you need a plumberHe had me sign a blank invoice and I mentioned again that this was a free estimateHe said he has to turn it into office and they would handle the matterWhen I received a bill in the maiI called Tica and spoke to the same secretary and asked her why I got a bill when it was a free estimateI verified that with her and she said yes we give free estimatesI asked to talk to the ownerHe told me that they give free estimates when you buy a new unitIt does not say this in the phone bookTherefore, I am disputing this matter once again and for advertisement!
