I walk in to rtauto gallery to test drive a used truck I likedI test drove it and the check engine light came on it Read evap codeThe owners said it was nothing and erased the codeTelling me it would go awayAbout 1-weeks later I took the truck to [redacted] in North RidgevilleThey told me I had a bad gas tank and a bad fuel pumpSo I took the truck back to rtauto gallery and told them and gave them the estimate to fix it the right wayThey said no we want our mechanic to fix it at a cheaper priceI said okThey took my truck for a week and said there mechanic fix the problem and replace the fuel pumpIt's now been 9months since I bought the truck and it has now broken down due to a bad fuel pump and the fuel tank seal wasn't replaced but only glued to stop the EVAP code from coming back onI have pictures from the current mechanic of the top of the tankShowing me where it was glued

bought a dodge Dakota pick up from angelo *** back in oct I am a mechanic looked vehicle over saw the way the frt tires worn drove vehicle pulled to the left went back and he told me he would have the frt end checked and put some decent tires on it .ineeded a small truck because I was moving to another house.so I said let me know when repairs would be done .so a couple of days went by and he called me stating truck was ready so I asked if repairs made on frt end he said nothing wrong with alignment and he put used tires on it so I said ok I hope u are right well took it home still pulled so took it to the station to have it checked I knew it was not right found out neede ball joints plus a stabilizer link and a alignment called him back and told him whats needed.he told me to wait a couple of days and he would do the work so I waited a week needing the truck was a priority.so he said his shop was not in service .I had the work done cost was his license should

I recently purchased a vehicle at RtAuto Gallery and had a very positive experience From the minute I walked on the car lot to the after the purchase, both owners were professional, helpful and easy to work with I even had a couple small things come up after the car was purchased that were not technically covered in the warranty but they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and fix the problem for me, I would not only highly recommend them, I plan to make future purchases through them as well
