I am rejecting this response because: at This moment, Mr*** has twice given me inaccurate information over the phone, and once via email, I still have in my fileI was promised by Mr*** a total refund in ten days on March 9, We are today on May 19, and I still don't have my refundMr*** needs to own up to his word and send me my full refund immediately. Furthermore, Mr*** company' is advertising and is not authorize to use Shooting for Success as an sponsor

As explained to the customer Ticket Greatness makes no guarantees on putting student-athletes in college. This is explained on our initial consultation. This customer wants a full refund based on that. We explained to this customer that we normally do not provide refunds and that
is explained upon the initial consultation. Throughout the process we made the student-athletes as well as parents aware of the situation. We informed that we sent the student's package out to colleges however no college wanted their student. We explained different avenues that their student could take, since he was already accepted on an academic scholarship we explained that he should try to go as a walk-on. Again, all of this is explained upfront, we have no hidden agenda and we are not out to hurt anybody. We will issue a full refund, however this will be the last time. Since we explain everything upfront. The refund will not be immediately, the refund will be issued within the next days.?

I am rejecting this response because:this business needs to send my refund immediately, I have been very tolerant and have had no results, I have been waiting for my refund long enough and plan not to wait any longerI paid for a service and did not received the service, now as Mr*** writes on his response, he needs to make effective his promiseI would like to keep,this claim open until I receive my refund, furthermore until I receive my refund, I will continue to publicize in the social media how this business takes advantage of people and people's money.

Again, Ticket 2 Greatness never promised you anything.  We were upfront with you concerning everything.  Our advice is for you to continue to work with your son and have him go on as a walk on since he's already academically accepted to a school. This was relayed upfront.  In regards to false advertising please do not state any false information concerning my company.  Again, we will send you a full refund.  We wish you and your son the best.Please note, we do not refund anything.  You are paying for our services and that is exactly what you got from us  However, we will send you a full refund.  Thanks for your patience, we wish you the best.
