Dear Revdex.com,
This is in response to a complaint made by [redacted] of [redacted], who purchased four tickets for the [redacted] concert taking place on November **, 2014 at [redacted] in [redacted]...

[redacted]. She made this purchase on October * at 9:34 AM on the website [redacted]. This website is not run by Ticket Fulfiller, but does include our listings.
As explained to [redacted], Ticket Fulfiller is an order fulfillment company that receives orders from various websites where our listings are placed. We do not run the sites, but are obligated to fill orders we receive for our listings. The order process is a multi-step process that discloses the final total cost, as well as the service fee, before it is completed. It also offers numerous opportunities for a customer to cancel the order before it is finalized. In order to finalize an order on a site the like of [redacted], one such step is the customer must actively agree to the terms and conditions by selecting “YES” to the statement “I have read and agree to your terms and policies,” which is easily available for review below this prompt. Within those terms and conditions are policies that directly answer her complaint:
• SITE and its TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office. (Above face value policy)
• All sales are final…[and] there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. (All sales are final policy)
• Tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or “face value” listed on the ticket. (Above face value policy)
[redacted] was not re-routed to TicketFulfiller.com to place her order, as claimed. It was completed at [redacted], which prominently states at the top of their home page, “We display secondary market tickets. This site is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any official box office or official website.” She chose the website, the event, the seats, and the tickets at a price she was willing to pay. As any consumer making purchases on the internet, she certainly had the option to place her order on a different site or directly with the venue if she so chose. There was no misrepresentation on the website where she placed the order nor with Ticket Fulfiller once the order was accepted. It was clearly explained to her during her call that she purchased tickets on the secondary market and the price she paid is unrelated to the face value on the ticket. The service fee she paid goes directly to the website where the order was placed and is something Ticket Fulfiller has no control over.

Review: I went on the internet to purchase concert tickets for [redacted] tickets on November **, ; 2014, at the [redacted] in [redacted], when somehow instead of being on the [redacted] website it took me to the ticket fulfiller website. I had no idea this wasn't the right place to be until the tickets were purchased and in turn they charged me an enormous service fees and enormous price for the actual price of the tickets. The tickets should have only cost me $611.00 plus tax for the same tickets. Why would anyone want to go through this site just to pay more money for tickets. This is clearly not good business practice to offer a service that is actually scalping. This was completely misleading and wrong on so many levels. They also offer no refund and state they fulfill orders for other brokers websites, which they do not own or operate, this was printed at the bottom of receipt once I had already paid for the tickets. Right up until then I thought this was the place I was suppose to buy legitimate concert tickets from not a website charging unnecessary absorbed fees. I have tried to contact their customer service and the gentlemen would not give me his last name only his first name, [redacted]. I am absolutely beyond disappointed that a company could do this to a person without any remorse and try to say this is a legitimate business. I am wanting a full refund or at least my money back that they charged on top of the original price and as well as the service fees they charged.Desired Settlement: A full refund or at my money they chargedontop of the actual ticket price and the service fees they charged me of $292.40.
