I attempted to order 7 tickets to Disney on Ice in November for January show from Ticket Fullfilllment services. Immediately I received several phone calls, texts and and emails about a fraud alert from my credit card company. Apparently the sale went through anyway unbeknownst to me and I did NOT receive a confirmation email of any kind. The next day I ordered tickets through Ticket Master and called my credit card company about the first attempt with Ticket Fullfillment Services. It was then that I found out there WAS a pending charge and I could put in a dispute until it posted which I did a week later. I also called them to remove the charge as I now had a phone number on the bill but got rerouted and disconnected. Of course this scam company provided my credit card company with documentation with all my info and their no refund/no refund policy so the $504 charge was reinstated because I had "authorized" the purchase, what purchase I never got the tickets! I was livid and called my credit card company back, they reopened the case and now I have to provide documentation of my calls, etc. Hopefully they resolve this as they are the ones who sent me fraud alerts and allowed this charge to post. If not I am cancelling a 20 year relationship with my credit card and will pay all but $504 on my bill.
