Ticket O Rama

I ordered 4 concert tickets over a month ago and the concert is tomorrow. I still have not received them!
I purchase 4 tickets to el club in Detroit. I paid 192.23. I haven't received any notifications or tickets

Purchased concert tickets from ticket o Rama. Received email that tickets would be delivered. Tickets were never delivered but I was charged.
Purchased concert tickets from ticket o Rama's website via MC debit card. Charged immediately but tickets were never delivered. Got email day before concert from rep named Giselle, stating that the tickets I purchased were no longer available. I have not yet been refunded yet but was told I would in a few business days. Not only did we miss the concert, but this was a gift for a family member that took time off from work to attend the event, just for us to be disappointed because ticket o Rama did not provide me with my tickets immediately after I purchased them online. I went to the Gothic Theater website to purchase concert tickets and it directed me to this scam website.
I searched for the Gothic Theater to purchase concert tickets and it directed me to Ticket O Rama. Tickets were still available at the Website for $49 and Ticket O Rama charged me $99. After I purchased, I got a strange looking confirmation and I searched the company on Revdex.com and it appears to be s scam. They overcharge you by 50% and most people haven't received tickets.

I was checking the Ravinia Festival Calendar to purchase tickets to Leonard Bernstein's "Mass". Once I chose my seat on the Ravinia screen the order blank appeared. I was so pleased to find tickets that quickly competed the order and ignored the fact that the process was unusually complicated.
I then noticed it was not the Ravinia site but this other "service" which imposed themselves on my screen. Their extra fees were an insult adding to nearly twice the ticket price, I took it as experience and waited for tickets which were to arrive 4 days before the performance. They did send an invoice #XXXXXXX which gave some assurance that this was not a bigger scam. Now, 2 days before the concert, no tickets. I called and got the worst phone connection since WWll, though through our shouting the operator gave me the Dallas number. I provided Dallas with the order # XXXXXXXX, and they told me they were email the tickets (which cost me $9!). I haven't received the tickets yet and the concert is tomorrow. The Revdex.com sire assured me tha this is not legitimate organization. I will will need to purchase tickets once more to be assured of seats. Even if they do deliver this tickets tomorrow, you know the feeling when you've been scammed. I particularly object to the interference of their site over a legitimate one. This place may be using Hackers!!!

Two tickets purchased on line at $87.00 each for show but actual ticket was $28.00 each and on lawn and not in covered area where 87.00 tickets were.
On 4 January 2019 I purchased two tickets on line from Ticket O Rama for James *** show on 3 July 2019. The invoice showed tickets were for 87.00 each, a total of 174.00, plus service fee of 68.74 and shipping fee of 15.00, a total of 257.74 was charged to my credit card. The tickets on the receipt were for GA 11 seats 124-125. On arrival at Tanglewood for the performance, we discover that our tickets in fact were for the lawn at 28.00 each. Quite a discrepancy between what we paid for and what we got! We have no problem with the service fee and delivery charge.

A refund needs to be issued. Ticket protection was included in the purchase which covers job loss/illness. I emailed them stating a complaint would be
Order # XXXXXXXX; Order Date: May 30,2019; Ticket protection was purchased. An email was sent shortly after tickets were purchased to the company stating a refund was requested and if they did not issue one in a timely manner a complaint would be filed with them and the bank.

Horrible, disgraceful company. *** pathetic lowly thieves. I ordered tickets to a concert a month prior to the show, only to be sent an email 2 days before the show saying the tickets were not available when they were purchased. In that time, I suffered and survived on only table scraps from generous neighbors and the small joy I would be receiving from attending the show next month. I hate this company and I hope the Revdex.com finds a way to lay the DDT on their ***-

I ordered tickets for a concert about a week ago and they said they would email me the tickets the day before the event. but I never received them
I ordered the tickets on january 21st and I got a confirmation that they were ordered. the email said that they would be ready for delivery to my email the day before the concert which was the 26th and the concert was the 27th which I still didnt get the tickets. so I called and they did not respond.

Ended up paying 10x the price of advanced purchase and door price. Gouging thieves.

I was way overly charged for concert tickets and never received the email to print the tickets

My daughter ordered tickets from them and they failed to deliver the tickets as promised until 2 days after the concert. They refused to refund thee 15.00 she paid for the fed ex delivery.
