I purchased a ticket for the *** Symphony, 1/30/2020 at the ***. It was an assigned orchestra seat. The day before the show, I got an email that the show was moved to ***, and that all seats were General Admission, first come first serve. I didn't attend the show for this reason and I want a refund. *** is dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, and I was not going to fight with other patrons over seats.
