e-mail delivery problems over the past few months and have been
working with our hosting service to resolve themOur voice mail
messages are also delivered via e-mail so they were subject to the
same delivery issuesUnfortunately the only way for us to learn that
we were missing e-mail or voice mail messages was by a repeat contact
from the customer.To date the problems still exist and I am
presently transitioning Ticket Relief to a new
