To the Revdex.com,First we would like to apologize to Mr*** for his event being cancelled, however we have no control over the decisions which have been made by promoters regarding their eventOur policy on our website in the Terms and Conditions, on our event pages, on the Tickets and in the
receipt all of our tickets are non-refundable With that being said, we do take calls and emails into consideration if it's outside the scope of something canceling, changed, or for death or emergencies The funds are not ours to refund, so we need to contact the promoter prior to authorizing a refund to the particular customer I spoke with our customer service team and it was explained to me by the person that handled with refund that they spoke to Mr***, then called the promoter The promoter okayed the refund and then we processed it It took a total of min and he was refunded $45, the face value of his ticket purchase Our team spoke with Mr*** and explained that this refund would not show up on his account for 3-business days I have attached a copy of his refund through Auth.net We fully and clearly handled his transaction the way our policy states, and we are unsure why he has issue with Ticket Tomato If he has issue with Jaguar/Rover, and *** handling their event in a different he needs to speak with these groups, as we do not have any control over this issue and the changes they made Please let us know if there are any further questions Sincerely,Amy M***Owner
