This ticket buyer did buy a ticket through the Ticketleap platform a year ago However, her payment was processed through [redacted] As such, patron paid event organizer directly through [redacted] If she has an issue, she should contact event organizer, [redacted] , or her credit card company

Ticketleap is a platform for event organizers to sell tickets to ticket buyers It appears that this complaint is from a ticket buyer If so, they should contact the ticket seller and request a refund if they are unhappy If they are unhappy with the response from the ticket seller, they should contact Ticketleap customer support Ticketleap's customer support team answers the phone quickly and generally responds to emails in less than minutes
