minute can be tricky and things like this can happen. Our client did use an [redacted] card and the website he used did confirm the order for our client. Our client was unable to print out the tickets because our systems were unable to deliver the tickets to our client because the tickets had already sold. Unfortunately when our client called us hoping that it was just a technical difficulty problem that is when we notified our client of the situation. Best case scenario, and the usual solution, is that we find our client similar seats for a similar price. Unfortunately we were not able to come up with a resolve for our client. Our representative did terminate the call after repeated foul language from our client. We are concerned and upset that our client is not happy. As far as our clients credit card information, the card was immediately refunded. Also, because the order was not filled, the card information was not entered into our database here at [redacted] and the charge that was placed on the card was through our merchant account but initiated by his actions on the third party website. The account was credited. The client's card information is safe and secure. TicketLobster.com has been in business almost 20 years and we have no use nor do we intend to use or extract any card information for this client. We would like the opportunity to deal with this and all clients in the future. Please feel free to contact us and our staff will be more than happy to find you seats in your budget and provide an above average customer service experience. The TicketLobster.com representative who fielded Mr [redacted]'s call recollects these details:(CAUTION: adult language) I called the customer and spoke with [redacted], I looked at the order and realized that the tickets were already on hold in the system and were not for this order. After searching the system for current holds I did not find the tickets that the customer was referring to and attempted to help him with selection of other tickets. I tried to find the customer comparable tickets to the event in relative section and row with the quantity that he wanted. I did let him know that there may be a higher price for the tickets but I was more than willing to work with him on the price for the new tickets. The customer became irate and told me that we were a scam and that his card was charged for these tickets. I empathized with the customer over this and he told me this was [redacted] and that he wanted the [redacted] tickets that he paid for. I explained to him that there was no reason for language and that I was just trying to help him find other tickets as these were not available. The customer stated that I am a [redacted] scam artist and that this was unacceptable bt. At this point I ran a void thru ticket network and let the customer know that the charge has been reversed to his Amex card. He repeated that I am a [redacted] scam artist and that we are a scam. At this point in the call I wished the customer a great rest of his day and disconnected the call. In closing: We deeply regret that our client had an awful experience with our company. Review: On February 7thI purchased three tickets from Ticketlobster for a [redacted] game to be played that night. I used my [redacted] to pay for the tickets and received an order number and confirmation number. I attempted to print the tickets with no success. I contacted Ticketlobster to resolve the printing problem and was informed that there was some problem and I would have to purchase different tickets from another site. The individual I spoke with gave me no other information and hung up on me. I am concerned that this company has my credit card information. I have contacted [redacted] and they have flagged the transaction yet the charges are still pending. This is after the company representative assured me that my account was credited. I feel that I must cancel my credit card to protect myself from its fradulant use by Ticketlobster
