I am rejecting this response because:I was not made aware in advance that the that the amount that I payed for the ticket and the face value was differentWhy would I pay $for a $ticket when I could go directly to the arena box office and get a ticket at face value...They made me think I was purchasing the tickets directly from the arena until the same went thruI purchase tickets all the time from Ticket Master and have NEVER and encountered anything like thisI paid almost $for two $ticketsI asked for a refund and was refused the day after I purchase the ticketsthere are several complaints on the internet about this company whereas the customer got to the venue and the tickets were not valid

The full Policies on the site inform customers that tickets may be above or below face value. It also explains that since the tickets are sold from a third party, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets. They tickets are 100% guaranteed for entry into the event.

I am rejecting this response because:  I do not feel that the "service fees" were adequately disclosed, as indicated by Ticket Magic, until final check out when it was too late.  They did offer for me to go back onto their Website to sell my tickets; however, going back onto a website that you feel just deceived you is not a viable option.  I did not want to find out that I was charged more fees to now sell my tickets.....and to have to sell them to someone at the higher price was not something that I wanted to pass along.I did receive a call last night from the Call Center than handles operations for Ticket Magic.  Although Dennis was kind on the phone, their answer was the same.  They offered again for me to sell my tickets through another company this Call Center manages ([redacted]).  I explained to Dennis that this was not a reasonable option in my opinion.   Dennis was also in denial that Ticket Magic has an F rating with the Revdex.com.  "I do not see that on this end of things."  Therefore, if the Call Center is not aware of the practices of the companies they are serving how can I trust another recommendation from them?
