Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel that the "service fees" were adequately disclosed, as indicated by Ticket Magic, until final check out when it was too late They did offer for me to go back onto their Website to sell my tickets; however, going back onto a website that you feel just deceived you is not a viable option I did not want to find out that I was charged more fees to now sell my tickets.....and to have to sell them to someone at the higher price was not something that I wanted to pass along.I did receive a call last night from the Call Center than handles operations for Ticket Magic Although Dennis was kind on the phone, their answer was the same They offered again for me to sell my tickets through another company this Call Center manages ( [redacted] ) I explained to Dennis that this was not a reasonable option in my opinion Dennis was also in denial that Ticket Magic has an F rating with the Revdex.com "I do not see that on this end of things." Therefore, if the Call Center is not aware of the practices of the companies they are serving how can I trust another recommendation from them? Sincerely, [redacted]
