Had purchased tickets to attend a soccer event. Event was cancelled as a result of Santa Clara County Public Health Department ordinance regarding COVID-19. Event was postponed until October. When seeking my refund, only partial refund was issued because they adhered to their terms and policies rather than using customer satisfaction methodology. We will never use their services again.
Ticketon sold me two (2) concert tickets (Ticketon Purchase No. ***) for a Plan B concert that supposedly would begin Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 9:00 p.m., at iClub Houston,***, Texas XXXXX. I went to the concert. It did not start at the advertised time or any time close, so I left without seeing it. I wrote Ticketon two letters demanding a refund, but they ignored both letters.
