Review: I purchased tickets for a Nicklback concert for 8-28-15 and the tour was cancelled. Well ever since the concert was cancelled I have tried to contact ticketoption.com about 10 times by either email or calling. I have yet to hear anything back from them resolving this issue. I have tried everything I know to do to get this issue resolved and this company seems to keep ignoring my responses so I feel like this is the next step I need to take to get this issue resolved.

Review: On December 28, 2013 my wife [redacted] went on-line with [redacted] to purchase tickets for the Nutcracker Ballet at the Benedum Center, Pittsburgh, Pa. (www.goodseattickets.com) Good Seats in a middle man type broker for seats and connected her with ticketoption.com for the purchase of tickets. My wife was told that she would be getting two tickets which sell for $210.00 each for $139.00 each. She was told that she would be getting seats in the center of the Orchestra Section, row M. She paid for the tickets using her visa card. She received an invoice from Ticket Option indicating that the total cost was $368.06 (including tickets and fees). On the invoice it indicates that the seats are 23 - 24. The tickets provided were seats 34 - 36, which are off to the right side of the theater. The seats were not as advertised. When I contacted the website on December 28, 2013, the owner [redacted], stated that he was only a worker and that I would have to call back on Sunday to resolve my complaint with the management. I called the company back on December 29, 2013 and spoke with the same person, who stated he was the owner and his name was "[redacted]" (also the name on the invoice as the sellor)he refused to give me his last name. He stated that it was our problem if we didn't get what we wanted and that I should restrict my wife from using the internet. He stated that I could go "pound salt" and to go a head and make a complaint or file suit, he could care less. We asked for a refund of a portion of the fees paid. We were told by the Benedum Center personnel that the tickets only cost $80.00 ea. We contacted [redacted] also, and have made a complaint with them also. They advise that they are only the middleman and cannot assist in resolution.Desired Settlement: Refund of the price paid, minus the original cost of the tickets ($160.00).Total paid: $368.00 - 160.00 = $208.00 refund.

Review: I bought 4 tickets to a Rascal Flatts concert in Darien Center NY as a mothers day gift, when we attempted to get into the concert the tickets were of a different venue in Arizona, even though the conformation reciept stated the tickets were for NY, we were not granted acccess, I called the company the day after (Sunday)and was told to call back on monday, so I called on monday, and was instructed to send the 4 tickets by Federal Express Overnight in 2 seprate mailings, 2 were sent to Arizona and the other 2 to Ohio to their main office, after sending the tickets out,I was told I would expect a refund, after approx. a month I called the office several times and got no answer after I left them a message and Emailed them several times and they refuse to call me back or to E mail me and let me know when I will be receiving my refund.Desired Settlement: The Refund of the Price of the 4 Tickets, (4 X 38.00 = $152.00) The service Fee 4 X 7.60 = $30.40 ), the delivery Fee of $15.00 for a Grand Total of $197.40

Review: This website has hacked into the Covelli Center tickets sales. I went directly to the Covelli Center website to purchase tickets. When I clicked on the venue I wished to purchase, it took me directly to a page which said Youngstown Box Office on the page. I assumed I was still dealing with the Covelli Center since it took me here directly from this web site. I purchased the tickets and just received them in the mail today. I have several problems. A. Someone else's name is on the tickets. B. I paid twice as much as what the list price is on the ticket. C. The tickets are NOT the ones I selected when puchaseing them. I called the number on the contact sheet I received and asked them about it. They told me that they were a ticket broker (which I had NO idea) and claim they upgraded my tickets. They claim the concert is sold out. That is a lie. They are still advertising tickets on the radio to date. I had no intention of dealing with a broker. I asked for either the tickets I paid for or a refund and they refused. The tickets I paid for were $85.00 tickets and I received $46.00 tickets. I would either like a complete refund or the differnece in the price. I purchased to tickets for a total of $170 BEFORE fees. I received 2 $46.00 tickets for a total of $92.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit to my credit card for either the $78.00 difference in ticket prices or a complete refund with all fees. This total came to $220.70. I was completely mislead and will NEVER purchase tickets on-line again!!!!

Review: I ordered concert tickets from them online. The concert was cancelled and they said it would take thirty days to refund the money. After the thirty days still no money in our account. I called and they refunded it to a credit for their site. I said I did not want that I want my money back in my account. They said they would do that. A week later still no money in our account. I called again, they wanted an email. I sent email and they emailed back that they voided our invoice and returning our money. A week later still no money in our account.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money

Review: On May 30, 2013, I purchased tickets online through GoodSeatTickets.com, which sold tickets for TicketOption.com. The baseball game was cancelled due to a tornado. As a result, I was unable to pick up the tickets (The ticket box closed). Someone from TicketOption.Com called me that evening AND the next morning to confirm that I wanted a Refund rather than tickets to the rescheduled game. They told me it would take up to 30 days to complete the refund. It has been much longer than 30 days. TicketOption.com does not return my phone calls, nor do they respond to my emails. I am still waiting for my $80.80 refund. I can not get to the bottom of who to contact other than the phone number or email address that I have. Please help me! The public needs to know that this company does not keep their end of the bargain, and purchasing tickets from them is a GREAT risk.Desired Settlement: $80.80. This is the price I paid them. They promised me a FULL REFUND within 30 days. It has been well over 30 days and they do not reply to my phone or email messages.
