I ordered two separate orders for raffle tickets for two different 501c3 charity organizations. I paid extra for the hologram security feature. On the final draft I approved for printing it did not show the hologram covering the area where the purchaser writes the personal information (Fail).
So before I received the first order of tickets, I received a call regarding the second order and was informed before printing that the hologram would cover some of the printing. They recommended I opt out of the hologram and suggested another security feature (The Gloss) informing me this would be much better for the application we were using.
They said they would get the order out, but failed to inform me they were changing the ship date. So now I go on-line and discover the tickets will come in after everyone has scheduled to pick them up.
Well of course I received the first tickets. I contacted the company and they agreed they messed up. They agreed to remake the tickets and when I asked about the gloss feature, I was informed I should use the UV feature instead of the gloss because the gloss tickets have raised imprinting that is difficult to write on! So the tickets they called about, are now en-route with the bumps no one will be able to fill out clearly.
So I'm sitting here writing this frustrated and while they are apologetic, that does not ease my frustration. Oh but they did offer me a 50% discount off my next order. I just can't see allowing myself to be put in this situation again with this company.
