Brewers - Padres tickets sale gone bad!
I ordered tickets for the Brewers/Padres game on 8/26/23 through
A very bad experience. I'll explain:
The tickets were ordered on 7/25/23. Once ordered I received a message from that the tickets were to be released to me the day before the game on 8/25/23. No good! I had family members coming from different locations and needed to make sure I had the tickets that day or next. Not the day before the game. I tried contacting them on their website customer service link at the time of the ticket order. Could not connect. Error message said "URL not found". That was telling me this may be a scamming website. I called my credit card company to kill the transaction and ordered tickets from another on-line ticket broker. Then on 8/1/23 I did finally receive the tickets from Now I am stuck with two sets of tickets for the same game. I called them for a refund explaining my situation and they said to bad so sad. My credit card company said the same thing. Their toast too. I lost my money. For all considering buying tickets off this website I would say run the other way! This ticket broker totally sucks and can't be trusted.

Disappointment During Times of Need!!
"Purchased tickets in 2019 for a show that was supposed to happen in 2020. Of course which was postponed several times due to Covid and eventually they cancelled in 2021. Over $450 for 2 tickets and all they did was offer credit which will never be used. As many jobs were lost and being able to have that extra monies would have been helpful but the big guy in his big chair doesn't care about the little people. Airlines are even reimbursing their clients just to ensure that have customers coming back. Full refunds (I was one that received it). Please do NOT purchase from this site. Next step is taking this to the media just like customers did that were dealing with Ticketmaster and they were given full refunds. Ridiculous! Oh yes and calling. Best of luck to you unless they are taking your money. Any other reason, you get the run around!"


Store credit vs. refund
This vendor is refusing to refund the purchase price of concert tickets to my credit card. They are offering "store credit" for my purchase, but I have moved out of state and store credit is unacceptable. I thought I purchased concert tickets from the venue itself. The original concert date was postponed, and was later canceled. I first heard of this company after the rescheduled concert date in August 2020 was canceled.

I dealt with four different representatives during a three-hour period attempting to resolve this matter and receive a refund of $674.95, but was summarily dismissed each time and told I would only receive store credit. If this is not resolved immediately with a full refund, my next contact will be with the state attorney general's office.

I purchased 2 general admission tickets to the *** to be held in ***. on June 27, 2020 as Christmas gifts on 12/21/19 through The Travelers Championship website. My order number is ***. The order was processed through my debit card for $145.50 on my account number *** at the ***. The event is no longer open to spectators due to COVID 19 and Governor *** executive order limiting the number of individuals at a gathering. I have received a credit voucher in the amount of $160.05 (credit code ***) for a future event purchase to be used "before the expiration date" with no expiration date given. I am requesting either credit for tickets to the *** for the Saturday or Sunday of the event in 2021 or a refund for my purchase price as I have no use for a voucher which must be used by an unspecified date.

The complaint has been settled. Thank you very much.

Credit provided for cancelled tickets will not work. No way to submit the new transaction to finalize new purchase.

went to to purchase new tickets with the credit for a different day. each time the credit code works and the discount is reflected but then there is no way to submit to finalize the transaction for the new purchase. tried multiple browsers. tried calling their 800# 6 times. each time during regular business hours they said they are closed. tried their auto chat function online and no one helped out there. very scammy and shady.

Desired Outcome

I want my credit card refunded for the original amount ($400.95) since the code for the credit will never work.

This vendor is refusing to refund the purchase price of concert tickets to my credit card. They are offering "store credit" for my purchase.
I thought I purchased concert tickets from a venue in . The original concert date was postponed and has now been canceled. I first heard of this company in April 2020 when I was informed that the first concert date had been cancelled.

I tried to contact the company by telephone and was not able to speak with a person.

They have indicated that my order number is #***. The total charge to my credit card was $359.50.

Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.

I want my money back for a cancelled event and they wont give refunds.
I ordered tickets to the *** game on March 13th 2020. The game was postponed and recently cancelled. I spent 860 dollars on said tickets and ticket-center will not refund my money. Instead they want to give me a voucher which I dont want.

I want a full refund of my money that they have held on to for 2 + months.

Concert ticket refunds
Purchased concert tickets in February for my daughter. I called them in April to ask what would happen because if covid. I was told they can't refund anything until the concert is canceled. I received a email this week stating they were giving me a credit they can no longer issue refunds. And basically they don't have the money. I don't want a credit for a concert that may or may not happen. They have also put a time limit on using the credit. It seems to me they are trying to not refund and then blame it on not using the credit in a timely manner.

Tickets were purchased for the ***. The concert was cancelled. My money is not being returned.
I purchased tickets for the *** concert - ***. The concert was cancelled. Tickets is refusing to return my money stating they are giving an in store certificate for the ticket price. I am not able to use this store certificate as I would only attend another *** concert in my area. I only attend *** concerts and want my actual money returned due to this situation as the concert was cancelled by the band not by me. Tickets Center will not accept my request for return of money. I have contacted this business via email several times and am not satisfied with their store credit option. As the concert cancellation was done by means outside of my control I feel Tickets Center should step up and show integrity and return the money that was spent as no product was received by me. Tickets Center needs to think about the human in these unprecedented times and not their own bottom dollar.

Desired Outcome

I want my full purchase price (money) of the tickets returned as I am not able to use a store credit. As I had no control over the concert being cancelled by the band it would be the best business practice to return the money as no product was received.

Failure to refund ticket purchase amount.
on 12/31/2020 I purchased 4 tickets to the ***/ *** spring training game. On 3/13/202 MLB announced all srping training games have been cancelled with no know reschedule date. On the same day I received an email from that the game has been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 2-4 weeks, which never happened. On 4/23/2020 I talked to Rachel and Patricia in Customer Support thru email and both stated they would have someone contact me regarding my issue. Also on 4/23 I received an email from Flornece P. @5:55pm stating the followingThank you for reaching out to us regarding order #***. I'd be happy to help! Upon review, your refund of $186.95 was processed last March 13, 2020. Still no refund received.
On 5/19/2020 I received an email stating and I quote "Our new policy is as follows: You have received store credit for 110% of the full value of your order total, inclusive of base price, fees, delivery charges, less any sums already refunded.

This has left me totally annoyed with this company. I don't want a store credit, I just want my $186.95 back.

I want my $186.95 refund back to my checking account. And I cant say this enough I DO NOT WANT A INSTORE CREDIT.

Event was canceled in March, a full refund was promised via phone call and email. Have not received my refund to date.
Purchased tickets online 2/28 for a March 13th play at the ***. All events at this venue were canceled on March 12th due to the coronavirus outbreak. I called many times about my refund and I was constantly given a new date as to when my refund would be posted on my credit card. I got my credit card company involved for assistance and responded with it was a legitimate purchase. That was true, however their policy clearly states that a full refund minus the shipping fee would be given if an event was canceled and not rescheduled - that was my situation. The email they sent to me states for me to hold the tickets for 90 days IN CASE they ask me to return them. No one ever asked me to return them - I have the tickets if they want them. I'm trying every avenue that I can think of to get my $482.95 minus the $6.95 shipping fee refunded. I hope you can help me get this matter settled and have this company refund my money asap. Thank you.

Reimbursement for the tickets in two to four weeks. Several attempts were made via e-mail and phone after the 4wees to find when money would be refunded. They kept responding that they needed more time. Now they are saying they are not refunding the money. They want me to another concert. Really in this Pandemic.. Iam not interested. Thank-you . My money has been resolved

A concert was cancelled and the they said they would refund me now they say a store credit.
Ticketmaster refunded the 3rd party buyer. I'm out $991.
So now this 3rd got their refund plus keep my money.
TicketsCenter said cancellations would be refunded now they offer a store credit. I really need me refund of $991.50.
