Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/11) */ TicketsMate is a resale ticket marketplace and is not a vendor of record of the tickets on our system, we simply list the tickets offered by brokers and make a match between buyer and seller who conduct the transaction between each other without the involvement of TicketsMateA user is free to search around for alternate providers at any timeAll transactions happen directly between buyers and seller where the seller charges the credit cardIf we can get more information (Order ID, Purchase Date and Time, Tickets Confirmation Email, Event name and date, Buyer full name and email ID used for the purchase) regarding the tickets that customer purchased, we could help trace the exact order and determine the status of that order through our partnersBut again, we did not take money for the tickets, we never do, as is explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions that any site user must agree to with an affirmative check mark before purchasing Again, we are sorry the buyer's experience didn't meet with expectations, but we do not charge these transactions and we are not the vendor of record, so this complaint is misplacedThese transactions take place directly between buyer and sellerThe buyer should contact the seller listed on their receipt Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Green Day tickets. When the 10% went to 1% we researched the company and found them to be quite dishonest with virtually never responding to consumers through it's customer service, people given bad tickets to events. It was like an incredible powerful entity whose sole job was to steal from people. They advertised the tickets for $60.00 less than Ticket master. But when the 10% and other hidden and unexplained fees were added up we would have only saved $10.00 and with the companies reputation for selling bogus tickets with no refunds we went elsewhere but their conduct deserves review and public notice to act as a warning to others.

the involvement of TicketsMate. A user is free to search around for alternate providers at any time. All transactions happen directly between buyers and seller where the seller charges the credit card. If we can get more information (Order ID, Purchase Date and Time, Tickets Confirmation Email, Event name and date, Buyer full name and email ID used for the purchase) regarding the tickets that customer purchased, we could help trace the exact order and determine the status of that order through our partners. The response from ticketsmate is totally false. After the order was confirmed and the 361$ was taking out of my account I got a confirmation email. There was nothing on there at all stating the sellers information. We were left in the dark. They took our money and we had no tickets. We talked to numerous employed and even supervisors and no one could give us any answers. They were extremely rude and said that they didn't have any of the buyers informations. They kept hanging up on me. I left numerous voicemails and none were return. They ruined our vacation because we had no tickets and neither no money. I would like to be reimburse my 361$ for the tickets I never received. Thank you.
