I am rejecting this response because: The information stated in Business information has the same info as attachment on my online sales order. If you are not affiliated with this company why is your business information registering the same, and another customer has complained about tickets as well

Hello,I'm trying to respond to the complaint. The company has refunded my money finally, and I was trying to update the complaint to state this information. He took over to weeks, and I never got a verbal response. Bottom line, I'm happy that my money is refunded........thanks!!

I am the Box Office Manager at the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, NJ. We are a venue that is operated by Spectra Venue Management, formerly known as Comcast Spectacor. A notice of a consumer complaint (ID# ***) was brought to my attention today, which I believe was sent to the
wrong organization. Attached is a copy of the complaint and letter received. Upon reading the letter and customer statement, the customer in question purchased two tickets for the June 4, performance of Sesame Street Live which took place at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, NC, not the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, NJ. The customer also stated that she purchased the tickets from Ticketsmeep, LLC(ticketsmeep.com), which is a secondary marketplace for the resale of sport and entertainment tickets and is not related to The Sun National Bank Center or Spectra Venue Management. Please confirm that you have received this email and that the Sun National Bank Center is removed from this complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is heard I want to further add Sun Center A.K.ASun National Band Center to this "on going" complaint They are the Tickets holders to this account (Ticketsmeep LLC)( And who are the ticket sellers as well). "ONLYMASTER" is the website as far as I can see They act as one to get the tickests for you under fraud circumstances Maybe we should start with them in stead It's only a matter of time before it gets back to Sun Center though This just isn't right!

After reviewing the letter I received here at the arena, I am writing to explain we have no affiliation to Ticketsmeep, LLC. Uunfortunately, it appears this customer went through a secondary online ticketing web site. ComcastTIX.com is our venue’s official ticketing web site, and as stated prior we have no affiliation or working relationships with Ticketsmeep.
As discussed with your associate, the complaint is coming to the wrong company by being directed to the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, NJ. Please confirm that appropriate adjustments will be made.

Review: Was lead to believe I was buying tickets worth $219.00per ticket in realty they r worth $55.per ticket. Also didn't know I was dealing with someone other than Jones Beach Theater. Tickets are not in my name as well. they are someone else tickets !!!Desired Settlement: Want a refund. Not what I wanted !!!

On april 3 I went on to jones beach site to buy tickets to bli summer jam for june 1. when

I got tickets in the mail they didn't have my name on them. They r someone else tickets.

Review: So I bought the wrong tickets through them and understand that all sales are final. I am now trying to sale the tickets on my own trying to recoup some of my money. When going to a different website to sell them they told me the tickets were locked. I have trying calling the company 10 or more times and send 5 or so emails to them. I have not received a single response so that I can try to resale them.Desired Settlement: Let me unlock the tickets

Review: I purchased a ticket for my mother to see The Lion King. One day later she fell and twisted her ankle. I called to have a ticket refunded since she now can't go and I was told all sales are final and they would not issue a credit to me regardless of the situation. She then directed me to sell my ticket personally on the web. I am extremely frustrated and extremely disappointed in the service. they wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, and the lady wouldn't even give me her last name when I asked her for it for my own documentation sake. I now have $153 tickets I can't use and I've just lost money on. I will never use them again.Desired Settlement: $153.75
